    Gary J. McGinty is a senior associate at Luthor Legal Chambers LLP and is part of the firm’s litigation group. His practice focuses on defending trucking companies, medical providers, and their insurers in high-exposure personal injury and catastrophic injury/wrongful death cases. He has achieved favourable results in all aspects of litigation, from pre-action negotiations to applications, trial, and appellate practice. Gary represents a diverse client base, including leading logistics and professional insurers, freight operators of all sizes, multinational corporations, physicians, medical practice groups, and correctional healthcare providers. In addition to his work in transport and medical negligence, Gary has experience handling matters involving premises liability, product liability, insurance disputes, complex commercial litigation, employment matters, civil liberties, and fraud (including civil RICO-style claims).

    A native of Middle Temple, Mr McGinty earned his law degree from the University of London School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Oglethorpe University. Outside of work, Gary enjoys playing golf, following professional sport, and – most of all – spending time with his wife and two daughters.
